2. Outdoor Furniture – ARC Process All outdoor furniture or yard-related additions must be submitted through the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
3. Furniture Placement on Turf Historically, outdoor furniture has been limited to areas without grass to preserve landscaping quality. While this may not always be strictly enforced, it should be considered when reviewing or advising on ARC applications.
4. Outdoor Furniture – Trees Tying, securing, or locking furniture to trees or any landscaping elements must be reviewed and approved through the Landscape Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Owners are required to submit an ARC request prior to installing or attaching any items to trees.
5. Maintenance Impact Due to Obstructions If furniture prevents reasonable access for landscaping crews, service may be skipped in those areas. This can lead to visible inconsistencies in yard maintenance, which should not be escalated as a vendor performance issue.
6. Recommended Best Practice (Advisory Only) Foldable or movable furniture is the preferred recommendation, as it allows residents to clear areas on landscaping service days and helps maintain overall community standards.
