Notes on Identifying Types of Units:
• If the unit has a fenced yard, it's a 1-bedroom on ground floor. 1br units are all UNDERNEATH 3br units.
• If there is a street-side facing deck, it's a 3br.
• If it's a courtyard-facing deck, it's a 2br.
• 2-bedrooms are all located closer to the internal courtyard than 3 bedrooms, 3 bedroom units all have entrances that are closer to the city streets (Central, Kellogg, Leavitt and Burlington).
• Entrances to 2br and 3br are usually side-by-side and usually on the alleyways that run between the courtyard and city streets (except for those on Kellogg, where the entrance faces Kellogg).
